Thank you for your bug report, what is not working exactly?
The file you are mentioning is a leftoever (we should clean it up on
upgrades), the package nowadays installs
/etc/xdg/autostart/org.gnome.DejaDup.Monitor.desktop which has the
correct paths.
Could you check if you have this one, and if
** Project changed: deja-dup => deja-dup (Ubuntu)
