Public bug reported: Please sync jupyter-core 4.6.3-3 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)
It's a small bug-fix release, drops Python2 support and fixes packaging bugs. Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped: * Build-depend on python-all. It drops Python2 support, so python-all is not needed anymore.
