Is this a standard gtk+ widget at all?
(If not, then its likely just a custom composite widget that epiphany
invented. Doing something different in firefox then isn't a break
gtk'ism.)

is hovered over. Notice how the button itself looks weird, and the arrow
is not the one set by the GTK theme.
