"Date and Time" not correctly displaying months

Alright, so it appears I chose the "wrong" Swedish.
There's 3 other regions you can choose "smj_SE", "sma_SE" and "sv_SE".
The correct one shows the correct date, etc is "sv_SE", while "smj_SE & sma_SE"
displays it as M04.

Can confirm that 'M04' is displayed when switching from default setting
to Sweden. Obviously logging out and back in again is required to see
the change.

Seems to happen when going into "Set Time Format" and switching from
