It's correct that Settings does not allow you to assign two modifier keys only as shortcut. But you can install gnome-tweaks, open Tweaks, and set + that way. Or do you mean anything else? ** Changed in: gnome-control-center (Ubuntu) Status: New => Incomplete -- You received this bug
