Hi Sebastien,
Yes, it is specific to the import function. If I enter details manually,
it seems to work. Changing gateway and adding password doesn't seem to
help.
nm-connection-editor doesn't have this problem.

Ah, it seems having a route line in the .ovpn file is the thing that
caused it. I have to remove the route in the UI then the Add button
becomes green.

To be more specific, it seems the route line in the .ovpn file causes
the Network Manager UI to add the route without a gateway and that's why
the Add button is greyed out.

the same issue if you enter the same details manually? Could you check if
changing the gateway or adding a password makes a difference on the UI?
