Adter digging into it, it seems to be a more general problem with
systemd timers on Scaleway instances :

Additional information. After quiting apt, and editing
/var/lib/dpkg/info/certbot.postinst to add #!/bin/sh -x at the begining,
here is the output :
root@myserver# dpkg --configure -a
