We wanted to fix bug 1872902 before enabling upgrades to 20.04 LTS, the
testing of the fix is just about done and we'll be enabling upgrades
this week.
@Terry Coles - the '-d' switch indicates that you are interested in the
development release of Ubuntu so you'd need to use it with and without

Upgrades to Ubuntu 20.04 LTS have not yet been enabled it was mentioned
in the release announcement that they would be available "shortly".
We'll be enabling them this week after reviewing bug reports from users
upgrading to 20.04 LTS.
