@seb128 Tested it since it is available in focal-proposed and it solved

Hello Corentin, or anyone else affected,
Accepted libproxy into focal-proposed. The package will build now and be
available at
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libproxy/0.4.15-10ubuntu1 in a few
hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
