Please sync printrun 2.0.0~rc5-1.1 (universe) from Debian unstable

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * No-change rebuild to build with python3.8.
  * No-change rebuild to build with python3.8.
  * Force removal of .so files so we don't fail on arch:any
  * Force removal of .so files so we don't fail on arch:any
  * Rebuild against new cairosvg.

Debian rules files also force removal now.
