Accepted inkscape into focal-proposed. The package will build now and be
available at
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/inkscape/0.92.5-1ubuntu1.1 in a few
hours, and then in the -proposed repository.

That version of inkscape wants python2, but please don't randomly create
symlinks, there is a "python-is-python2" package for it (likewise, there
is also a python-is-python3 package).
