I could not find the package in Debian anymore?! Do you know what happened to
it?
I could also not find the upstream source for it. From googling it appears that
it's only in Ubuntu now.

Sorry that debdiff was created against a development version of
showfsck-1.4ubuntu1 that i had left over on my machine from the last
patch. This one will work properly.
