I don't think Ubuntu version can be nuked, you may want to prepare a
debdiff which reverts Ubuntu changes instead.

Both bugs should be taken care of; otherwise things will break:
1) merge Debian's newest xtide from sid (xtide-2.9.5-2)
2) nuke the ubuntu version of xtide-data (20070318-1ubuntu1) and sync Debian's
version (20070318-1) again.
