deforming buttons is a big QOL changes for the theme for focal users

* gtk3 native dialog buttons deform on hover
[Test Case]
* Hover above a gtk3 native dialog button, like the "Empty all items
from Trash?" dialog in nautilus or the "Unsaved file" dialog in Gedit,
notice how the border rounding changes in the top corners of the
buttons, from 0 to 4px
