With -proposed enabled I updated libgphoto2 to version
2.5.25-0ubuntu0.1. When I connected my Panasonic digital camera I
received a notification that a 16GB device was available.
As per test case I was able to browse the contents of the camera's
internal memory card and import 156 photos into Shot
I retried gvfs and it passed!

Accepted libgphoto2 into focal-proposed. The package will build now and
be available at
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libgphoto2/2.5.25-0ubuntu0.1 in a
few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
