haskell libraries - it seems to me that would be easy to automatize.

Ok, by looking further: I don't understand how debian builds xmonad.
http://packages.debian.org/unstable/main/libghc6-xmonad-contrib-dev
requires libghc6-x11-dev (= 1.4.1) but we only have 1.3.0 in sid
archive.

This bug is confirmed in haskell-x11, but for xmonad see the following

debian has an helper package to build xmonad. Nick: was you aware of
that when you reported the bug? I am opening a sync request for both
packages.

That's why I noted in report that sync isn't possible. I mailed debian
maintainer of haskell-x11 with update request two weeks ago but there
wasn't any feedback. Anyway, it would be great to have recent haskell
bindings in hardy.
Including recent versions of xmonad into universe shouldn't be a
