no it's not in gutsy for now and the workaround is not working for me. I cannot change the association of html file to be as "Show file in embedded viewer". In reality I can choose it but that does nothing and if I re-open konqueror configuration. The file association is going back to the default

I've found a workaround for this bug in my Ubuntu Gutsy. To fix this bug, go to "File Associations" in "System Settings" . Select the "text" type.
