Public bug reported:

[Impact]

 * The lock icon in gnome-control-center privacy page has a twisted path
in it's key-hole

 * Backporting this to focal, would greatly increase the level of visual
polish and increase the professional look of the ubuntu desktop and the
yaru icon theme

 * The fix is already in the yaru master branch:
https://github.com/ubuntu/yaru/issues/2201

[Test Case]

 * Open gnome-control-center, AKA "settings" from either clicking on the
wheel icon in the gnome shell system tray popup or by searching for
"settings" from within the gnome shell search. Scroll until you see the
privacy section. Look at the lock icon and see the twisted path of the
key whole

 * Build yaru from master, open gnome-control-center, AKA "settings"
from either clicking on the wheel icon in the gnome shell system tray
popup or by searching for "settings" from within the gnome shell search.
Scroll until you see the privacy section. Look at the lock icon and see
that the path of the key-hole is now an even square

[Regression Potential]

 * No regression potential, tested by building the branch in the pull
request
