I'm not sure what the original problem is with this bug, but regarding
the denial messages, that seems specific to the rocketchat-server snap.
Those denial messages could be silenced if the rocketchat-server snap
used (or had connected it the interface is disconnected) network-
observe.

That's a good point but:
1. That's possibly not the problem the user wants to report here; and
2. I see thousands of DENIED messages in many bugs each week. It's not a
new problem.

Hello snapd folks, this package logged over a thousand DENIED messages
in about ten minutes. This can't be good for system responsiveness,
battery life, drive health, filesystem free space, etc.
