Public bug reported: The upstream expressed their concern that packaging development version of OpenMM (7.4.0.491.gac5a8f71+dfsg-1) may cause trouble with its users [1]. Therefore it has been agreed to withhold the package until the next stable release. The package has been removed from Debian testing branch [2] to prevent it from being included in Debian release, the same should be done with Ubuntu.
