Ubuntu lucid don't have links2 icon in menu.
$ cat /usr/share/applications/links2.desktop:
[Desktop Entry]
Type=Application
Name=Links 2
Exec=xlinks2

Categories=Network;WebBrowser;
Comment=Web browser running in both graphics and text mode

links2 icon work fine, invalidating this bug.
