I set up a bionic multipass instance and was able to build a successful UC18, UC20 and classic image using ubuntu-image from bionic-proposed (1.10+18.04ubuntu1). I did a quick boot test of the UC18 one and everything worked as expected (the rest follow the same code paths, direct backports). ** Ta

I was able to successfully build and boot both UC18 and classic images using ubuntu-image 1.10+20.04ubuntu1 on a focal machine. Both images booted fine. Since focal is used for building UC20 images, I have also successfully built one for the amd64 model and sent it over to certification for testi

Hello Łukasz, or anyone else affected, Accepted ubuntu-image into focal-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubuntu- image/1.10+20.04ubuntu1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository. Please help us by testing this new package.
