Xorg freeze? Old Arabic Fonts are not working

If I use Arabic Fonts for English. It is running but as LTR chars &
words.
second char should be in right of first char.
And second word should be on right of first word.
This problem was fixed in old ubuntu ver. (7.?? or 9.??)
