The bug still happens after the system upgrade to Jammy. The situation
hasn't changed, the network indicator is fine and all others are messed
up :(

I'm getting the same problem with the Blue Submarine Theme in freshly-installed
Ubuntu MATE 21.10 on a new laptop. Most indicators (Keyboard, Notifications,
Power/Battery, Sound, DateTime but not Bluetooth and Network) are nearly
unusable with

Ayatana indicators menu
I'm getting the same problem with the Blue Submarine Theme since the
upgrade to Ubuntu MATE 21.04. All indicators (except network) are nearly
unusable with Blue & Green Submarine because they get undesired
scrollbars while at the same time the view keeps jumping back to the top
when trying to
