Hibernation fails Lubuntu 20.10 and 21.04
I noticed today that Kubuntu's menu's lacking a hibernate option.
According to this post about hibernate, the Ubuntu platform expectation is that
it is unsupported:

For these reasons, it only makes sense to remove the option.

I am still not 100% convinced hibernation works on every machine,
regardless of what modification one does to make it work. That said, I'm
inclined to suggest we remove the option altogether still. Thoughts?

Hibernation seems to be poorly supported overall:

That said, the right "solution" here is likely to remove the hibernate
option from the shutdown options altogether.

Further to my original report:
This is also occuring on Lubuntu 20.04.1 but in this case there is no
notification of the failure to hibernate.
