I cannot reproduce the problem any more: the books I read using chm now all
turn out fine.

Reading books in Kchmviewer: extremel
Is it possible that you can provide me with a chm file or 2 to test this
with? Every chm file I have found online, which aren't many, haven't
allowed me to reproduce this issue. Thanks!
