I have a probably related problem. Namely, when running vinagre to
connect to a kvm virtual machine, running Windows, the mouse seems to
believe that the screen border is not where it should be.
The consequence is that I sometimes cannot reach the "Start" button,
because the mouse cursor cannot go
Sounds like a gtk-vnc problem. Reassigning.
