The log in comment #3 shows the system did not return from sleep. Please
try again, resuming from sleep (even if it doesn't respond), wait about
30 seconds, reboot and then run:
journalctl -b-1 > prevboot.txt
and attach the resulting text file here.

Hey, Unfortunately ctl+alt+f1 or f2 did not fix the bug. I've included
the .txt file that resulted from the command you gave me.

Thanks for the bug report. Next time the freeze happens, please try
Ctrl+Alt+F1 or F2 to find the login screen. If that doesn't work then
please reboot and then run:
journalctl -b-1 > prevboot.txt
and attach the resulting text file here.
