I just committed recent versions of ccsm and simple-ccsm to bzr, thus
everybody should soon get the mentioned upstream changes.

1) That is fixed in the upstream version.
2) I don't really see how the key bindings for switching the workspace
are different in Cube and in Wall.
3) See above.
4) That should be fixed upstream as well.
5) Simple-CCSM depends on CCSM since they share a (CCSM intern) setting
widget library.
