Package isn't libdc1394, it's for a new package, so removed that. Nack
from me too. Marking won't fix. Please work to get this into Debian in
the meantime as having different libs from Debian is a significant
maintenance burden for Ubuntu.

If this package were included in hardy I don't see any reason that it
would be part of main when the packages we have today using libdc1394
