* Add support for generic preinstalled images. LP: #1923832
* Change iptable
The concern is that uefi amd64 image format is widely used as the basis
for other image formats.
And that it must not have baked in datasource when creating new formats.
It should be harder to missbuild images.

currently it's arm64+pi armhf+pi riscv64+unleashed riscv64+unmatched,
and this wants to add arm64+generic and amd64+generic variants.

Where are you expecting to ship these images from? I'm concerned about
the hard-coded password and I want to ensure people know what they're
getting.
