hddtemp 0.3-beta15-53, amd64
I see that hddtemp tool cannot work with NVMe (SSD disk).
I test with WD "Blue" SN550 - 1TB, NVMe drive.
$ sudo hddtemp /dev/nvme0
ERROR: /dev/nvme0: can't determine bus type (or this bus type is unknown)
$ sudo hddtemp /dev/nvme0n1
ERROR: /dev/nvme0n1: can't determine bus type (or this bus type is unknown)
hddtemp can report temperature of my SATA drives:
$ sudo hddtemp /dev/sda /dev/sdb
/dev/sda: CHN-25SATAC3-120: 40°C
/dev/sdb: WDC WD5000AAKX-75U6AA0: 41°C

Utility `smartctl` reports temperature of NVMe drive:
$ sudo smartctl -iA /dev/nvme0
