I just realized it's much worse. Every time I restart Chromium it has
forgetten passwords and cookies. When I enter a password it asks me if I
want to save. I click the save button. During the session it works fine.
After restarting Chromium I have to type in the password again.

Per the Snap.Connections.txt attachment, the password-manager-service
plug was correctly connected when installing the update, so passwords
should be accessible.
