[Hardy] Audio-CD is not rec
This has been a problem with XFCE/Totem for as long as I can remember;
apparently there is little interest in fixing it. Some users report it
to be sporadic too, depending on what sort of physical media was played
last, what version of XFCE and Totem is being used, and the current
phase of the moo

I can confirm this bug (Xubuntu 8.04 Final).
You can "fix" it by changing the way XFCE handles movable disk and
medias in the XFCE configuration, multimedia tab.
Use "totem cdda:///dev/cdrom"
You guys should fix this bug. It could be "critical" for new users.
