Although this can be sync from debian, a patch is needed for ubuntu.
In the /usr/share/pcmanfm/mount.rules, usefree mount option should be
turned on for vfat.
It's well documented in both README and in comment of monut.rules.
On debian its `mount' command doesn't support this option, but ubuntu

As the current Ubuntu package is a direct Debian sync, this shouldn't be
much of an issue. Not sure if this requires a Feature Freeze exception.
Might be to late for Hardy.
