Running cdts.odm-certification

It will ask if specific HW features are available, such as TPM,
Thunderbolt, WWAN, Bluetooth, etc.

While this allows Checkbox to skip that feature area, the respective
tests in Suspend still get run.

This means even if I tell Checkbox that the DUT does not support
Thunderbolt, it still runs the Thunderbolt related tests after Suspend.
These then fail, meaning the tester has to clean up the test submission.
