Public bug reported:

Hello,

When performing a clean install of ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS on my laptop, I started
have problems booting very often. The screen presented the text message:

If i install ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS and proceed with every update (including
the kernel update included in normal updates), I am not being presented
with this problem. As of right now, this is the configuration presented
in my laptop:

   $ lsb_release -rd

      Description:      Ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS
      Release:  20.04

   $ apt-cache policy pkgnam

      N: Unable to locate package pkgnam
