What do you mean by do a rsync? I simply downloaded the livecd from 21-2-08. I also had to update the packages on the cd before the install because there was a bug in ubiquity that caused a hang in the install. After the update I just did a normal install. -- hardy install doesn't install enough

I have reinstalled with an image from 29022008 and I still have the same problem. I have lots of lacking functionality (which some of is available on the livecd). I have to manually install stuff like powernowd, mesa, bluetooth - all of which are recommended by already installed packages or meta
