Sounds like this might be related to bug 1932328. You will be able to
test that fix after mutter 40.6 is available in updates for Ubuntu 21.10
(not yet).

there are also some others problems: if I've a simulator
launched(android simulator) I can't launch a new instance of the Studio.
Example: open AS, run Simultaor, close AS(the simulator remain active)
-> click on icon -> no choice allowed (not possible to run a new AS
instance)
