This issue is still present with the current latest Libreoffice Snap version (24.2.2.2) both in Ubuntu 22.04 LTS and in the 24.04 Beta.
SMB shares and other GVFS mounted network locations are not visible in the Open/Save file window. If I try to manually navigate to the files under `/run/user/<UID>/gvfs/` I'm getting a 'Permission denied' error.
