If you can still move the mouse after the crash then it's likely gnome-
shell that crashed, not Xorg.
Next time the problem happens, please:
1. Wait 10 seconds.
2. Reboot.
3. Run:
journalctl -b-1 > prevboot.txt
4. Attach the resulting text file here.

1. no files found into /var/crash directory
2. no links in the URL https://errors.ubun
3. i repeat the freeze, but there is no changes (no /var/crash, no URL).
To be clear, i push en pdf with the description of how to reproduce the
bug and some new information.
