The attachment "firewalld-1_1.0.1-2ubuntu3_1.0.1-2ubuntu4.debdiff" seems
to be a debdiff. The ubuntu-sponsors team has been subscribed to the
bug report so that they can review and hopefully sponsor the debdiff.
If the attachment isn't a patch, please remove the "patch" flag from the
attachment,

As TJ mentions above, the test devices are being ignored.
Don't do that.

Here's the reproducer that shows that dummy0 is being created in the
host network namespace. This is an upstream bug (oversight) so far as I
can tell from its purpose.
