I think so - I only have one battery listed now but it's not responsive
and the power history graphs no longer log any data. Marking as
duplicate of #194180.

OK, now the behaviour is different: I have one battery reported but it's
not responsive to events like plugging power in or out. HAL info
attached:
battery.rechargeable.is_charging = false (bool)
is wrong because the notebook is plugged in and charging.
