Hi Michael,
I think the information from comment#1 is still necessary for clarifying
this issue.
In the other hand, if your ethernet chip is newer then probably doesn't
work in focal-hwe kernel (if you could share more details as comment#1
then it will help to debug). you can check the driver
This system now enlists and commissions when changing Settings ->
Commissioning -> Default minimum kernel version to Focal-hwe.
