This can be easily changed by changing the value field for the panel:category
name in the bonobo .server file to System and hardware or Utilities.
But why should it be changed at all?
Utility is a pretty standard subcategory utilised by several applets and this
is an utility after all.
Anyhow,
The issue is that we have Utility (which hardware-monitor is currently
classified under) and a whole load of other applets under Utilities,
which seems rather odd. Surely there should be only one category for
utility applets?
