I have the same problem and here is my story about it: Using 21.10-latest and using a Marshall Woburn II Bluetooth speaker, when putting the speaker into discovery mode, both hcitool & Bluetooth Devices(Bluetooth Manager) find it yet system always ends up with "Bluetooth: Pairing failed for:
