Binary package hint: gnome-orca
I am tried hardyheron Alpha5 release with short time. If pressed enter with
language selection, select accessibility with f5 key and choosed screen
reader,
Orca started automaticaly good. But, if I setted up my preferences, Orca can
not reload the new settings automaticaly. If I quit Orca and launch with
running application window, the new settings has take effect.

In Hardyheron Alpha5 release Orca can not load the new setup preferences with
Live cd.
