I've checked the new package layout and updated the mobile seed with
additional Recommends to pull the split plugins (it now explicitely
pulls stardict-gnome, stardict-plugin, and stardict-plugin-spell).
So this is an ack for the split package.

as we can see, the maintainer in debian just split the package more,
