* Backport test_relax_tolerance.patch from Debian to reduce test failures
due to floating point rounding error.

python-meshplex with the attached debdiff FTBFS against the version of
sphinx currently in jammy, but I found your patch in
https://bugs.debian.org/997756 and included that in the upload.
