Please sync criterion 2.3.3git1-2 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Fix build with GCC 11.
  * Fix build with GCC 11.
  * Rebuild against new libgit2-1.1.
  * Rebuild against new libgit2-1.1.

The GCC11 patch has now been added to the Debian package as well.
